Responsibilities:
Schedule and supervise all drivers and attendants
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitor employee productivity/performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Receive complaints and resolve problems in a calm/concise manner
Manage time well
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as supervisor
Familiarity with transportation industry a plus
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of MS Office and proficiency with computers
Time-management skills
High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage. Wage will be decided depending on experience.
This is a full-time position M-F with some limited weekend availability necessary.
