Position Summary:
Our Micro-Systems Specialist would be dedicated to: Resolving points of friction presented by Big Y associates from the Store Support Center and our Stores that cannot be resolved quickly by our Tier one level Support. Other responsibilities, are to find root causes to areas of concerns and to apply the appropriate action to eliminate the problem and or escalate to the appropriate groups. Install and maintain various applications and proactively monitor systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement enhancements, attend training sessions for new systems and publish a status of activities performed during one’s shift.

7. Phone System (Store Infrastructure and PBX)
8. Project planning;
9. Special Projects / R&D of New Technologies
10. Troubleshooting and problem solving

Pay: From $23.85 per hour
