Internship Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Broadcaster Management team as an Operation Intern (Data & Payment). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in operations management while supporting various essential functions that drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operation Intern (Data & Payment), you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Assisting in daily in-app messaging to hosts for performance tracking.
- Conducting risk audit screening for host auditions.
- Compiling and sending weekly reports to agencies.
- Assisting in event scoring, ensuring accurate evaluation of event outcomes.
- Conducting post-audition checks to assess host performance.
- Preparing files for the launch of rewards and incentives to hosts.
- Facilitating the sending of agency contracts and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Performing spot checks on audition data to ensure adherence to our quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
