Job Title: Account Executive – Inside Sales
Location: Cohoes, NY (on site)
Part/Full Time: Full Time
Bilinski Sausage Co is looking for a highly motivated, inside sales account executive to help sell and market our product line of natural and organic chicken sausages.
Job duties include customer service, sales assistance, order taking and follow-up, phone calls to customers, building sales and marketing materials and presentations, and promotional program maintenance.
Our ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, great with customers- especially over phone and email, and a team player ready to contribute to our rapidly expanding sales team! Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word and possess excellent written communication skills. Strong opportunities for advancement in a fast paced environment!
Responsibilities:

  • Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)
  • Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
  • Provide after-sales support to retain customers
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to customer queries
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Report on the status of accounts
  • Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly
  • Coordinate with Sales Directors to create customized sales plans for key clients
  • Provide support to sales team

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive or relevant sales role
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving, customer-is-always-right attitude
