Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

As part of BILL's Accountant Growth Marketing team, this position is responsible for developing successful multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline. We are looking for a creative, impact-driven growth marketer to join the team to help us acquire new customers. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is excited to optimize paid channels and the sales funnel. By applying deep knowledge of the business and marketing, this campaign manager will inspire a cross-functional team of contributors and stakeholders to create campaign experiences that elevate the BILL brand through email, landing pages, direct mail, social ads, sales outreach, and more. We are looking for a metrics-driven marketer with a focus on generating pipeline for the BILL Sales teams.

  • Spearhead the development and deployment of comprehensive multi-channel campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, catering to both 1:Few and 1:Many strategies. This includes crafting meticulous strategies, aligning internal stakeholders, and meticulously project managing execution to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Direct the creation of demand generation assets encompassing email, landing pages, direct mail, social ads, and sales emails, among others, to support campaign objectives effectively.
  • Drive campaign performance towards predefined targets by implementing robust A/B testing strategies across all channels, refining tactics based on insights gained from testing.
  • Conduct thorough measurement, analysis, and reporting of overall campaign performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Offer strategic recommendations for campaign optimization, lead quality enhancement, and maximizing return on investment (ROI), leveraging insights derived from performance analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage program logistics, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams and departments.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the 6sense ABM platform, harnessing its full potential to enhance campaign effectiveness and targeting precision.
  • Take ownership of various lead funnel growth and nurturing programs, managing them efficiently to drive continuous pipeline expansion and lead engagement.
  • Collaborate with managerial counterparts to establish budgets, set performance goals, define ROI metrics, and devise overarching strategic frameworks.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment of revenue-generating strategies to achieve shared objectives effectively.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of BILL’s brand and product offerings, effectively communicating these aspects across all initiatives and interactions.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with 5-7 years of experience in effectively managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities coupled with adept time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to articulate strategies and insights effectively.
  • Enthusiastic about delving into data to extract valuable insights that fuel innovation.
  • Possesses analytical and quantitative skills with a preference for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to adeptly multitask, maintain balance, and navigate multiple responsibilities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, readily offering assistance to team members across various projects and campaign requirements.
  • Proactive attitude towards sharing key learnings and proposing enhancements to programs or processes.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, with a primary emphasis on Marketo.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing software, especially 6sense, is advantageous.
  • Competency in utilizing project management tools, with expertise in Asana being desirable.
  • Exposure to sales engagement platforms, particularly Outreach, is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in marketing operations is a plus.
  • Experience in management or solution consulting is an advantageous asset.

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$84,900—$106,100 USD
