Unique opportunity! SimplyReady, a division of the Bill Doran Company, is looking for a Part Time Temporary Floral Associate in the Duanesburg/Esperance, NY and surrounding areas.
Ideal candidate will have some working knowledge of both cut flowers and plants, as well as a solid work history that includes at least 5 years of sales or retail experience. Creative skills and experience in floral design, art, graphic design, gardening, landscaping are a plus. Time management and the ability to work independently with integrity and accountability are a must. Job begins late August and will run approximately to November, dates subject to change. Possibility for permanent position. Days of part time service required are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
As a Floral Associate, you will serve as the representative for the Bill Doran Company, a leader in the floral industry by delivering top-notch service for our customer. You will also maintain sales growth, and ensure that all displays are clean, fully stocked, well-maintained and visually appealing at all times.
Job entails walking, pushing, pushing, and repetitive lifting of up to 30lbs.
