What are the responsibilities and job description for the Helper position at Billy Heroman's Flowerland?
Billy Heroman's has an immediate need for individuals that can join us during the first two weeks of May for the upcoming Holiday.
We are looking to hire seasonal team members to assist our floral designers with production. As a floral design assistant, your job is to make our floral designers as efficient as possible during one of our busiest times of the year. If you love flowers, have a positive attitude and lots of energy, we NEED you!!
Responsibilities/Duties
Successful candidates must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment as well as be self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team. As a floral design assistant your duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing vases for floral designers by filling with water and greenery
- Retrieving merchandise and flowers for floral designers
- Proper use of helium tanks to inflate balloons
- Cutting ribbons and tying to balloons
- Assist floral designers with keeping their workstations and areas clean and free of debris and clutter
- Pulling floral arrangements from coolers for delivery
