The Role:
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest’s first impression of our hotel is a welcoming and efficient experience. You will oversee all front of house activity, including arrival and departure experience, reservations, rate management, and service recovery efforts. You'll coordinate all activities between the front of house team and all departments to ensure room requests, amenities, and all services are timely and accurate. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

- 1 year relevant experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills
- Well-organized and self-motivated
- Excellent ability to conduct group presentations
- The ability to lead and maintain composure in all situations, with both internal and external customers
- Excellent understanding of verbal and written English
- Ability to manage disagreements between associates
