We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be expected to monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the store.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, motivate, and develop staff members.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond appropriately.
- Manage store budget and expenses.
- Be able to use social media and be okay with going live and creating videos.
- Must be able to assist with unloading trucks when needed and lifiting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be avaliable every Thursday evening to assist with bin refills.
