Role: Ariba Procurement Specialist

Locations: Miramar, FL 33027 (3 Days to office Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

The Procurement Specialist is part of the Corporate Procurement team and an important role in helping to maintain the company’s Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) system and to help our Procurement team by collect data and running analytics for the department.

Job Responsibility:

• Must have experience in maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems.
• Must have experience in pulling data from ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with internal customers and external vendors.
• Strong cognitive thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Capable of extracting & analyzing data from company’s systems.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel including:

• VLOOKUPS
• IF Statements
• Pivot Tables

Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist Work with the Ariba team to maintain & grow the Ariba P2P system. This includes:

Adding & maintaining Users & user approval groups.

Helping users with Ariba questions & problems.

Helping users resolve Invoice Reconciliations. This includes:

• PO Received Quantity Variances
• PO Quantity Variances
• PO Price Variances
• PO Amount Variances
• Tax Variances

Adding & maintaining Vendors. This includes:

• Creating & maintaining Punchout Catalogs
• Creating & maintaining CIF catalogs
• Creating & maintaining Blanket Purchase orders

Helping to ensure transactions are flowing through the Ariba system. This includes:

• Ensuring that Purchase Requisitions are being approved.

Procurement Data Specialist Work with the Procurement department to collect data from its various systems. This includes:

• Collecting data from the companies SAP ERP system.
• Running analytics, creating Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations to show data in an understandable format.
• Working on ad hoc projects.
• Helping to maintain our Spend Analytics tool.
