We are looking for a full-time, in-house Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO's working life and communication.
Must have clean driver's license and live close to Patchogue, NY.
Responsibilities
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Maintain office filing system
Requirements & Skills
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
