Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting Campaign Management in the execution of multi-channel campaigns designed to engage customers throughout the purchase journey. This role will develop a deep understanding of our various business units, campaign strategy & tactics and channel usage. This role will support Campaign Managers, understanding common pain points and working to provide tactical and process improvement support. This role will also support campaign execution on various channels including social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in scrum meetings for BU teams to gain an understanding of current processes & marketing strategy
- Identify key pain points within the campaign mgmt. organization and build process improvements & documentation
- Support marketing tasks to execute against campaign strategy
- Leverage Sprout Social to develop metrics for Campaign Managers on social media performance
- Partner with the CRM data analyst to conduct an audits of marketable database & persona structure
- Project manage marketing activities for strategic projects as assigned by the Campaign Mgmt team
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years Internship or relevant business experience in marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
