Responsible for conducting position evaluations, job classifications, preparing job descriptions, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws for job positions within BioBridge Global and its subsidiaries (BBG). Will conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation to include compensation statistics and market analysis. Will collaborate with others to determine staffing needs, design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages, and develop policies and procedures.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.
It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards.
Essential Tasks
Calculate all salaries (job offers, promotions, transfers, demotions, etc.). Manage the job description process.
Work with management to analyze jobs of concern and determine resolution.
Conduct job evaluations in conjunction with management and determine job classifications (FLSA & exemption status).
Determine pay grade placement based on job analyses, market data, industry data, supply/demand.
Ensure annual review of job descriptions is conducted by management.
Enter, maintain, and/or update information within the HRIS system, compensation system, etc. and submit information to Financial Services in a timely manner.
Manage position management in HRIS systems, to include SuccessFactors, Access Databases and other systems.
Prepare the annual salary budget and assist with compensation related projects (annuals, merit, COLA, market analyses, ICP, etc.).
Make proposals for adjustments based on market research and prepare reports/comparisons for review and
approval.
Display positive leadership skills and champion strategic and management directives with staff. Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally.
Participate in team-oriented work projects for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, validations, process improvements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare various statistics and reports.
Perform all tasks in accordance with ISO, State and Federal Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational policies.
Assist with writing, composing, and typing letters, memorandums, forms, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Assist with the administration of benefits and other functions as needed.
Assist all Human Resources staff when necessary. Performs other duties as assigned.
Non-Essential Tasks
Attend professional organization meetings when requested.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work relative to the field of assignment. The required major is Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
Licenses and/or Certifications
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
Texas Operators Driver’s License
Requires one or more years of Compensation experience. Requires Human Resources experience.
Must obtain a working knowledge of regulatory/quality requirements and perform within all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
