Job Description: Cleanroom Operator includes applying adhesive, micro-soldering, cutting tube lengths, circuit board connections, mechanical assembly using fasteners, threading components through tubes, packaging, and inspections.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- A potential candidate must have great dexterity, steady hands, and the ability to work under a microscope for long periods. We have had luck with people who have worked in nail salons before because they have steady hands for detailed work.
- Perform bonding, potting, soldering, manual assembly, and visual inspection of medical products. Can provide IPC certification training within the house.
- Electronics assembly and/or medical device assembly is preferred but not required
- Produce and inspect products at an acceptable quality level.
- Must be able to read and or understand established procedures and specifications.
- Maintained orderly and safe working conditions as well as performed all duties under established procedures and reasonable manufacturing procedures.
- Responsible for the accuracy of Traceability Forms used during the manufacturing of the products.
- Operate specific equipment as assigned by Department Supervisor per accepted work instructions at acceptable efficiency levels.
- Regularly perform minor set-ups and equipment adjustments assigned when appropriate training has been completed.
- Able to establish good working relationships with all levels of operations.
- Able to cross-train co-workers when required.
- Other assignments as requested.
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand and interpret instructions and documentation.
- 1-3 years' experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary : $35,600 - $45,000
