What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Liaison position at BioPoint?

Responsibilities:
- Monitor missing timesheet approvals and assist the Business Development Team with the collection of missing hours.
- Updates the Sales Dashboard in the internal database to make sure pending jobs are entered.
- Assist Business Development Managers with any marketing campaigns, mailers, etc.
- Works with Support to assist Business Development Managers with any outstanding invoices.
- Provide Management with Sales Metrics for the Business Development Managers.
- Responsible for Ad Hoc reporting in an effort to provide second-level capabilities to our clients.
- Staying on top of end dates on Consulting contracts as well as Sales SOWs.
- Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist HR as needed with requests and special projects.
- Partner with HR to assist with payroll support, onboarding, and office management.
