What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Liaison position at BioPoint?

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor missing timesheet approvals and assist the Business Development Team with the collection of missing hours.
  • Updates the Sales Dashboard in the internal database to make sure pending jobs are entered.
  • Assist Business Development Managers with any marketing campaigns, mailers, etc.
  • Works with Support to assist Business Development Managers with any outstanding invoices.
  • Provide Management with Sales Metrics for the Business Development Managers.
  • Responsible for Ad Hoc reporting in an effort to provide second-level capabilities to our clients.
  • Staying on top of end dates on Consulting contracts as well as Sales SOWs.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist HR as needed with requests and special projects.
  • Partner with HR to assist with payroll support, onboarding, and office management.
