Codexis is a leading enzyme engineering company leveraging its proprietary CodeEvolver® technology platform to discover, develop and enhance novel, high-performance enzymes and other classes of proteins. Codexis enzymes solve for real-world challenges associated with small molecule pharmaceuticals manufacturing and nucleic acid synthesis. The Company is currently developing its proprietary ECO Synthesis™ platform to enable the scaled manufacture of RNAi therapeutics through an enzymatic route. Codexis enzymes can drive improvements, such as higher yields, reduced energy usage and waste generation, improve efficiency in manufacturing and greater sensitivity in genomic and diagnostic applications.

- Championing DEI initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Partner with HRBP and HR Operations to continuously improve talent management processes.
- Create and manage associated metrics that measure effectiveness and drive improvement.
- Extensive experience in talent management, with demonstrated success in a senior leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent management programs and strategies in high-growth or biotech environments.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in talent management, learning and development, performance management, DEI, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to build and leverage a professional network to access relevant resources and expertise.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret talent metrics and analytics.
