- Responsible to safely perform staging, kit assembly, hand insertion, and assist with other Fulfillment projects per training and assignment by Department Supervisor
- Responsible to help maintain the physical condition of assembly areas and storage areas.
- Responsible to identify and notify the Department Supervisor, or any manager, of any safety related issues or concerns in their department and throughout the facility.
- Work to maximize efficiency and productivity in all projects.
- Responsible to attend and participate in any and all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual meetings per invitation and instruction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions in English language.
- Candidate must possess basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of basic math.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and complete daily tasks.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic, integrity, and a high level of attention to details.
- Dependability (25%) – Meets deadlines, works independently, accountable, maintains focus, punctual, good attendance record.
- Attendance (25%) – Maintains an acceptable attendance record (minimal tardiness and absences, notifies supervisor in advance of scheduling conflicts).
