Associate Territory Manager Wound
Full-time - FIELD-BASED
Covering San Antonio, TX and the Rio Grande Valley


The Associate Territory Manager is primarily responsible for assisting one or more Territory Managers in consulting with and providing clinical and technical information to healthcare professionals and their patients to achieve the sales objectives.  Associate Territory Managers will operate within company policies and procedures and demonstrate a high degree of compliant and ethical behaviors.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist in executing territory business plan that results in achievement of assigned sales quota for assigned products.
  • Learn and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products. 
  • Understand the different clinical settings where sales activities occur.
  • Assist in conducting clinical/reimbursement in-service training programs with appropriate customers adherent to compliance protocols.
  • Assist in educating healthcare providers and staffs in clinic setting on the proper use of the prescribed product.
  • Assist organization with projects to include but not limited to:  test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
  • Adhere to inventory and sample control processes which include but are not limited to compliance regulations, cost control measures, and field/sample inventory management
  • Stay current with company communications with technology, which includes but is not limited to email, voice mail, conference calls, and meetings.
  • Embrace corporate values with regards to process and administrative responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to: 
  • Complete and accurate daily office visit entry through CRM,
  • timely submission & management of expenses,
  • Completion of all required training assignments on or before the defined deadlines.
  • Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
  • Complete the Associate Territory Manager development program.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

What you’ll bring to the table

  • 4 year college degree
  • Work experience preferably in outside sales.  Business to business selling or in the biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry.
  • Non sales individuals that will be considered for this position are those that present with relevant work/collegiate experience, track records of leadership and success.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • Proficient computer skills (CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
