Being a Beverage Manager - Casino ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. Additionally, Beverage Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department.
