Birdsong is a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in San Francisco, focused on American cuisine by Chef Chris Bleidorn. We are looking for a talented Service Manager to join our team.
Birdsong is seeking a passionate Dining Room Manager to continue growing operations and building upon our core team.
The Dining Room Manager at Birdsong assumes full responsibility for the front of house operations, and for the guest’s dining experience. The position manages and coordinates all aspects of the dining room in keeping with the company’s standards of quality, service and operational efficiency. The position is responsible for managing dining room staff, overseeing guest experience in all aspects, on-boarding all new employees, maintenance duties, financial duties, and maintaining streamlined communication between kitchen and dining room.
