About the Position
Great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and dynamic legal team in our brand newly opened office in Philadelphia, PA.
The candidate must have excellent communication and technical skills, thrive in a team environment, and work independently.
Responsibilities
· Assisting attorneys and team members with new client intake.
· Managing electronic tools and databases to facilitate the efficient functioning of the immigration legal process and CRM workflow.
· Performing other duties as assigned.
· Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the services of the Immigration Law Office.
· Generating leads through various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, networking, and referrals.
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
· Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
· Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team member
· Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds
· Proven experience working with ambiguous work situations and information
· Proficiency in multitasking effectively and efficiently
· Experience with database management software and CRM tools
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· A or office professional, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Education
· A bachelor’s degree
Bilingual:
· Must be bilingual in English and either Ukrainian/Russian/Spanish or another languages
