Job Summary

Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, Leasing Agents play a key role in helping prospective residents searching for their next place to call home. This agent will lease apartments and townhomes in Ross Township, North Side, Bellevue, and Moon.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to lease market-rate and Section 8 housing (scattered-site)
• Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
• Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
• Process rental applications quickly and accurately
• Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process; verify all move-ins are fully completed and inspected.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
• Monitor listing postings and advertisements
• Assist property manager with tenant care and tenant retention
• Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Relevant Metrics

• Timely rental application process
• Achieve move-in and occupancy targets

Education & Experience

• General knowledge of core concepts and principles of residential leasing
• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
• Experience with AppFolio or ShowMojo (preferred)
• High school diploma

• Traveling within a specified region required

Pay Range: $15-18/hour base Commission
