Marketing Manager – Paid Search

Based in Atlanta, GA, our business, and our teams are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager - Paid Search to join our dynamic Marketing team and help us Bring Crypto to the Masses™.
The Marketing Manager – Paid Search will report to the Sr. Performance Marketing Manager and lead our paid search functions for customer acquisitions. Their main function is planning, execution, and reporting of the company’s Google ads campaigns (Search, Local, and Display). This person will serve as the company’s subject matter expert for all things paid search and contribute to our growth, as this opportunity influences cross-functional leaders within Bitcoin Depot and is also responsible for contributing to the team’s customer acquisitions and retention efforts.

This position will work in our Atlanta office. Working remotely may be considered for the right individual.
The successful candidate MUST have...
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, PR, or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of related experience in a fast pace working environment (i.e. agencies)
- Deep experience with Google paid search, PPC, GMB, and data analysis functions
- Strong work ethic (a “That’s not my job.” attitude will not work at Bitcoin Depot.)
- Experience with marketing automation providers
- Google Ads certification
- Excellent attention to detail

- MBA level education
- Cryptocurrency experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack
- Experience managing vendor/partner relationships
Position responsibilities:
- Own, plan, and execute PPC advertising campaigns on Google to build customer acquisitions that meet or exceed company targets, may include Search, Local and Display campaigns
- Optimize PPC campaigns frequently to improve ROI
- Work with Marketing leadership to create a customized paid search dashboard inclusive of campaign targets, actual results, and Bitcoin Depot transaction data
- Serve as the paid search SME for all functions of the company
- Work with cross-functional Marketing personnel to A) understand our customer segments, B) understand our retail partner segments, C) understand our brand and style guides, and D) understand the company’s financial targets
- Utilize analytical tools (Google Analytics, Web trends, Omniture), search engine desktop tools (Google Ad Editor, Bing Ads Editor).
- Report on department KPIs that meet or exceed the benchmarks identified by yourself and marketing leadership
- Understand and deploy A/B testing for paid search campaigns as necessary
- Works closely with the Marketing team to understand the customer and channel information and how it affects the performance marketing team
- Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, lodges, vendors, and industry professionals.
- Identifies trends, patterns and correlations to develop actions with key stakeholders that will improve paid search performance to meet goals.
- Utilization of data to drive your marketing decisions
- Assist in the development of internal processes that improves Marketing output
