We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will report directly to our Sales Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity for Sales/CRM Ops. candidates from the SaaS, Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, and other relevant industries to join a rapidly growing cryptocurrency company with a positive and collaborative work environment. This role will be based out of the Greater NYC Area (mostly remote).

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains sales support systems and processes (including workflow and documentation)
  • Maintains a repository of master sales documents, including standard contracts (Docusign)
  • Generate reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, territory assignments, tracking productivity etc.
  • Assist with the opportunity to order resolution
  • Provide regular support for other teams, including executives, for relevant training, planning preparation, and workflow design
  • Build and maintain high quality reporting on KPIs and critical dashboards
  • Maintain data hygiene by performing regular clean ups using mass upload tools (data loader)

Skills/Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Adding users, building reports and dashboards, creating new objects and fields, mass updating objects, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesloft, Hubspot, and Docusign
  • Comfortable with building automations using Zapier
  • Organized and strong prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunity to provide value
  • Look for ways to improve the current process
