What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Cook position at Bittersweet Confections?
Bittersweet Confections in New Orleans, LA is looking for a dynamic individual to join our savory team. We are located on 725 Magazine St. The ideal candidate has experience preparing both breakfast and lunch. Must be able to work independently on the line and in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to follow recipes, but there is room for creativity each week. Catering experience is also a plus. Responsible for managing inventory. Must be a morning person, attentive, ambitious, and engaged. Hours would be Tuesday-Saturday 7 AM -3 PM - Off Sunday and Monday. Competitive hourly wage.
