Bixal currently has an exciting opportunity to help a federal client create, maintain, and leverage a healthcare database to draw insights that may impact policy and improve the lives of millions of Americans. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks on this large federal contract and may be asked to also provide intermittent support on an additional, smaller project. The individual in this role will interact closely with the Project Director to align on project needs and activities and provide support to ensure the project runs smoothly.
\n- Support the Project Director to provide oversight and management of the contract.
- Ensure deliverables are provided on time and are of high quality.
- Coordinate team-wide deliverables to include the monthly status report and OMB report.
- Maintain the master team tracker, budget tracker, risk register, decision log, and other project management tools.
- Support transparency through the planning and implementation of team-wide communication methods such as All Hands, sentiment surveys, and Slack messages.
- Update the team’s SharePoint site and other items as appropriate.
- Support the review and creation of deliverables, help implement process improvement initiatives, support change management, and establish or uphold processes and procedures.
- Provide tool access and support onboarding of new team members or closeout of departing team members.
- As appropriate, play an active role in new client acquisition by supporting business development initiatives to enhance and grow Bixal's business in each of the areas that it works.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience
- Must be eligible for a public trust security clearance
- Effective interpersonal skills, including coaching, collaborating, and team building
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using Agile frameworks
- Experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Healthcare-related education or experience
- Federal consulting experience

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
