Assistant Store Manager Job Description
Bizarre Coffee is a Coffee Shop Local Cafe coming to Downtown, Woodstock GA that specializes in making people's day, everyday. We do this by providing excellent freshly roasted coffee, hand crafted specialty drinks, made-to-order food, and extraordinary customer service in a space that is warm and welcoming to all. We are looking for amazing humans who are flexible, adaptable, coachable and eager to learn and looking to grow with us in our new location.
As an Assistant Store Manager you are in charge of making sure that each shift runs smoothly and cultivates a positive environment for both your team and the guests. Your responsibilities will include developing new team members, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience, assisting general manager with day to day tasks, inventory management and quality control. To be successful in this role, you should have extremely strong communication and multi-tasking skills, work well in a fast-paced environment, be a critical thinker who can make decisions quickly, and have a love for all things coffee and restaurants. You should be able to work 8 hour shifts, early mornings, weekends and some holidays.

- This person should be a critical thinker.

- This person should also have a strong passion for customer service and creating the best possible experience for each of our customers.
- This person should have basic coffee knowledge or a strong desire to learn more about it.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years restaurant or equivalent of manager experience. High volume experience preferred.
- Must be dependable
- Must be detail OBSESSED
- Must have flexible availability and be able to work early mornings, weekends and some holidays
- Must have the ability to be coachable and adaptable. Especially with change.
- Must be ServSafe Certified (if you're not already, we will help)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be a communication wizard
- Must be able to work full time
Responsibilities:
- Smoothly run the day to day operations of the restaurant under the supervision of the GM
- Follow company protocols, paperwork and documentation
- Creating connections and ensuring extraordinary experiences
- Inventory management of all stations
- Assist GM with day to day activities such as waste management, cleanliness and company standards
- Maintaining company culture and standards in everything you do
- Lead by example and aid team members within their stations - should be fully knowledgeable in all stations
- Assist in all interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new hires
- Developing your team through thoughtful interactions, respect and kindness
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
