Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Business Operations Planner for
the Business Operations & Engagement (BOE) team who will support the
Technical Product Management Office (TPMO) team reporting to the Director of
BOE. Global Technology is leading transformation at our client to serve their consumers

In your role you will play a critical part in the company leading
the strategy, planning, and operational activities of the TPMO BOE team,
working in a Global and cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate must
have a consistent track record leading within large cross functional matrix
organization with equal parts passion for exploration, development, and

organization will be exciting and meaningful, and will not be just another job. The Project/Responsibilities In partnership with the TPMO Director of BOE, you’ll be a
key member of the BOE team acting as the glue across the team in various
capacities. In this role, you will analyze data and information using intermediate
to advanced skills in Excel. You’ll build content for key strategic and
planning processes, while providing thoughtful input with real-time updates and
transparency into the team’s success. You’ll help to develop internal processes
and drive distinct projects as required to optimize the efficacy, agility, and
impact of the organization. You’ll also help with leading agenda and
facilitation of leadership meetings, off sites, and team development sessions
and communication planning. Everything you do will be in the spirit of
simplification and accuracy of process and information to ensure data-driven
decisions can be made proactively. We aim to minimize fire fighting. You’ll
help develop operational processes, improve and iterate on existing processes,
ensure financial targets and planning is shared and people operations are
streamlined and as simple as can be. You’ll partner cross-functionally with
leadership and central teams to develop and adapt org plans and priorities to
address challenges or changing initiatives. Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years
directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive
experience as a business/process leader or industry authority.
Two additional years of experience required in lieu of a
degree.
Proven leadership skills in prior role(s), including
ability to motivate direct reports.
Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP
preferred
Effective verbal & written communication skills
Compelling use of storytelling to influence & engage
others.
Ability to adapt and move through times of change.
Experience effectively influencing key business partners
across and within business units. Strong project management abilities; capable
of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight
time timelines and within budget parameters.
Experience in driving operational rhythms and efficiencies
for a large, globally diverse organization.
