· This role will be a key partner to our Transportation Electrification colleagues promoting customer charging options and experiences programs and services such as Company’s Electric Avenues, Company’s presence at the Annual Auto Show, EV Ride and Drive events, and our EV Cost and Savings Calculator.
· The role will focus on marketing the experience of charging for customers, events to increase interest in EV adoption, marketing management of our cost & savings EV calculator tool and miscellaneous marketing projects.
· Regular interaction with the hiring manager.
· Regular meetings with program partners and marketing team members.
· The top priority in the initial stage will be onboarding and immersion into their respective programs and partner relationships.
· Develop overall strategy for and manages and improves a portfolio of highly visible customer programs/services to meet Company’s awareness/enrollments performance goals.
· Lead the initiatives to execute innovative, creative, and cost-effective marketing and promotion plans aligned to other programs to meet strategic objectives.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare impactful and innovative collateral/communications for assigned marketing promotions and campaigns.
· Coordinate Company’s presence at trade shows and key industry events.
· Maintain advertising rotation in trade publications as necessary.
· Identify new channel distribution opportunities.
· Serves as department subject matter expert for developments and trends in the industry as well as assigned business segment(s)/programs/services and shares information with internal stakeholders, work with employees on other teams to identify customer needs and evaluate potential product enhancements or extensions, analyze complex data from multiple sources to decide which initiatives are likely to best map to the organization’s strategic goals.
· Designs and implements complex or cross-functional customer service processes and procedures that ensure high quality customer experience; contributes to the continuous improvement of marketing materials, messaging, and systems.
· Plan customer facing marketing events, at times in collaboration with outside organizations, establish overall objectives and determine alignment to strategic objectives, set an agenda, select a venue, choose invitees, plan speakers and activities and hire appropriate vendors.
· For a broad range of product areas, manages project budgets, reviews product revenue and expenses, determines best uses of company resources for product promotions and campaigns, tracks product performance, analyzes product promotion/channel effectiveness at the end of each marketing cycle, documents findings and recommends changes to incorporate in future efforts, plans, organizes, coordinates and integrates internal and external operating departments needed to deliver marketing efforts, communicate effectively with team to ensure product promotion goals are met.
· Prepare and provide reports for management and stakeholders.Work with vendors and other internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues. Identify and implement opportunities for vendors to provide additional marketing channels.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, marketing or other related field or equivalent experience.
· Marketing certification a plus but not required.
