What you will you do?
You will be part of the Human Resources team, and you will work together with the Global Recruiter based at our HQ in The Netherlands, and you will be reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Bizzdesign is in an exciting time of growth, and we need a passionate and energetic recruiter to support filling a variety of roles within different departments such as Sales, Finance, Engineering, Consulting, etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for following Bizzdesign’s recruitment process, sourcing, identifying top talent, and building strong candidate pipelines.
Together with the Global Recruiter, you will be working closely with all Bizzdesign’s hiring managers, based all over the globe, to understand their specific needs and requirements and guide the process from initial sourcing to offer negotiations. This position is a hybrid role in Austin, Texas.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting ongoing timely and effective two-way communication with candidates, managers, and other internal stakeholders.
- Planning, evaluating, and executing job postings and practices designed to attract and fill different international roles within Bizzdesign.
- Engaging in job design, talent mapping, and talent planning.
- Conducting phone screenings and other pre-screening activities for various departments within Bizzdesign and referring candidates to the Hiring Managers as appropriate.
- Prioritizing and filling positions on time.
- Supporting the Hiring Managers in drafting Job Descriptions for different roles and conducting reference checks, background checks, and any other skill assessments needed as applicable.
- Supporting the Global Recruiter to draft offers for different candidates specific to each country.
What are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, or a related field.
- You have hands-on experience with online job posting, managing talent platforms, and utilizing different recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a must).
- You have excellent time management with a determination to follow up with hiring managers when filling roles.
- You will have a full and busy workload, so you will need to be able to meet deadlines, be proactive, take initiative, be flexible, and be adaptable in your approach.
- You have an energetic attitude, as this role will require unwavering positivity and energy to be decisive when screening candidates, deliberate in conversations, and thoughtful in choosing the very best applicants to join Bizzdesign.
- You preferably have experience with Bamboo HR as an ATS.
- As you will be part of an international team, you will be asked sometimes to work outside the usual business working hours.
