Role Purpose
The Manager, Agile Lead is responsible for creating an enterprise Agile coaching strategy, developing organization-wide Agile skills, and providing people leadership of the Agile coaches/Scrum Masters within that Delivery function. This role is responsible for moving the organizational mindset forward with appropriate processes and behaviors as part of a larger cultural shift. The Manager, Agile Lead uses their experience and influencing abilities to enable an agile mindset and skillset within our culture, empowering interdisciplinary teams to work more efficiently, and serves as an agile expert and champion across the organization. This leader will ensure high value delivery across teams. They will lead the maturity of the agile capability through the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and our Agile Community of Practice. They will also manage and maintain the support of our agile career ladder and support the career development of the agilest within our technology organization.
