BJC is hiring for a D2E Wellbeing Program Manager. We are looking for a Program Manager or Project Manager. Wellbeing or wellness background is a plus.

Role Purpose
Completes development and implementation of BJC HealthSolutions Wellbeing Program. Involves working closely with vendors, customer/employer/members, and other BJC departments and organizations in order to present a comprehensive Wellbeing program to BJC HealthSolution employers. Directs the operational and outcome performance of each employer’s wellbeing programs including engagement, employer metrics to national benchmarks and growth and trend in population health.
