About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for building, leading and managing a global program for one of our major clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT program management, exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects in a global setting.
We’re looking for a talented Senior Program Manager who wants to:
Program Development and Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy aligned with client objectives and organizational goals
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and stakeholder communication plans
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team of project managers, analysts and technical staff across multiple geographies
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes high performance and continuous improvement
- Manage resource allocation, performance, and development to ensure program success
Program Execution and Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the program, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Implement and manage program tracking mechanisms, including dashboards, KPIs, and regular status reports
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem resolution
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters
- Conduct regular program reviews with clients to ensure alignment with expectations and to address any concerns
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
Financial Management
- Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring financial discipline and transparency
- Monitor program financial performance, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on budget variances
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Promote the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance program delivery
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve program outcomes and client satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in program management
This role will be mainly based in Dallas, TX and travel to Mexico and other client locations will be required.
About You
You’ll bring extensive Program Management experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles. You will be comfortable developing and strengthening peer-to-peer relationships at all levels with our clients.
Ideally, you will have as much of the following experience as possible:
- Extensive experience in IT program management, with the majority in a senior leadership role at a digital/technology consulting firm
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing program budgets
- Willingness/Ability to travel internationally as required
- Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred to effectively communicate with our Spanish speaking clients and stakeholders.
