Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Owns recruiting process; sourcing on LinkedIn, screening applicants on our ATS, conducting phone screens, interview coordination, offer preparation/delivery, and offer negotiation if applicable.
- Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others.
- Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
- Partners with third-party recruiting agencies to recruit and hire niche talent. Will occasionally involve contract preparation and negotiation.
- Maintains and updates our Recruiting related documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Opens and closes job postings on our ATS and website
- Attends West Coast college university career fairs, participates in STEM Outreach, and leads other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to connect with others and build rapport.
- Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
- Construction/engineering experience is a plus.
