Inspiritas Coordinator

General Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing a vibrant and social lifestyle experience that reflects the interests and needs of the residents and the community through the facilitation of Life Enrichment and/or INVEST programs and dining room service delivery in accordance with established policies, procedures and as directed by the supervisor.

2. Is knowledgeable of resident rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
3. Supports, cooperates with, and implements specific procedures and programs for:
a. Safety, including universal precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management, and security, report and/or correct unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs.
b. Confidentiality of all data, including resident, employee and operations data.
c. Quality Assurance and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
d. Compliance with current law and policy to provide a work environment free from sexual harassment and all illegal and discriminatory behavior.
4. Supports and participates in common teamwork:
a. Cooperates and works together with all co-workers; plan and complete job duties with minimal supervision direction, including appropriate judgment.
b. Uses tactful, appropriate communications in sensitive and emotional situations.
c. Follow up as appropriate with supervisor, co-workers or residents regarding reported complaints, problems and concerns.
d. Promotes positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
e. Completes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, uniform and dress codes including personal hygiene, and other work duties as assigned.

Essential Duties
? Assists Life Enrichment Director in implementing, planning and scheduling all Lifestyle programming and assists in creating a restaurant experience through serving meals and ensuring proper service delivery.
? Facilitates socialization and engagement among the residents in group programming and in the dining room.
? Invites/encourages and escorts residents to participate in planned programs and dining related services and/programs.
? Conducts/leads group programs.
? Serves/offers assistance in the dining room at select meals.
? Trains, supports and instructs other staff members in conducting lifestyle programs and creating a restaurant experience.
? Assists in event planning in Life Enrichment and Dining for special events, seasons and holidays.
? Assists in monthly program calendar development that reflect all Signature programs
? Outlines and communicates the
daily events for the day
? Coordinates with Life Enrichment Director purchased services and supplies needs
? Ensures implementation of all scheduled activity programs throughout day
? Ensures the dining service is a desirable experience through proper service, brand standards, and inviting environment.
? Assists with all Lifestyle programs outside the community.
? Assists with transportation for program outings and regularly scheduled group trips.
? Assist in coordinating dining services and activities with other related facility departments.
? Accepts on-call responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
? Carries out other duties as assigned by your supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the program and to meet residents’ needs.
