Black Diamond Capital Advisory Firm is an investment bank with a team of professional business intermediaries who help people buy and sell businesses. Black Diamond is looking to add a Business Development Leader to its Fayetteville, Arkansas, office.
Responsibilities
- identify and research potential clients
- develop client relationships
- oversee marketing efforts
- maintain sales quota(s)
- gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- track and report on the status of proposal components
- conduct ongoing market research
- negotiate and modify engagement letter terms with potential clients
- work leads through engagement letter execution
Qualifications
The candidate must possess ALL the following:
1) a bachelor’s degree
2) an outgoing, tenacious, and charismatic personality
3) the ability to travel as needed
Pay
$40,000 base salary per year plus commission. 401k is available with paid time off.

Travel is required for this position.
