We are looking for a few enthusiastic, smart and personable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. Our SDRs play a critical role for our sales team, as they are responsible for finding and qualifying new customers. Reporting directly to our Manager, SDRs, a typical day in the life looks like this: 

  • Supports Territory sales team through effective prospecting
  • Qualifies and schedules discovery calls with inbound leads 
  • Researches accounts, identifies key players, generates interest and develops relationships with important stakeholders
  • Partners closely with Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers to ensure seamless lead handoffs
  • Conducts email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to Territory prospects with some strategic support from manager
  • Meets and exceeds quarterly quota to deliver pipeline objectives
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing to support and deploy specialized campaigns and content

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, and 1 years of experience supporting sales and/or marketing initiatives (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal capability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Shows relentless curiosity and strong desire to discover key information about all prospects
  • Demonstrates potential to learn quickly and effectively engages prospects
  • Prioritizes multiple projects and delivers high-quality work on deadline

Please note that this role is hybrid, requiring part of the work week to be spent on site at our Boston headquarters.
