Class A Driver – 10 days out and 4 days home - running the Southeast, Colorado over to part of Midwest. Absolutely no Northeast and no further east than Ohio
This is a family run company so you are not a number and our turnover rate shows it!
$5K sign on bonus
$500/month for the first 4 months
$250 for the remaining 12 months.
$500 for orientation
99% NO TOUCH
Drivers first year pay is $65-$73K
Rider and pet policy from day 1!
Full benefits after 90 days – Medical, Vision, & PTO-401K starts after 6 months
Medical Costs:
Driver $18.57/WK
Driver and Spouse $89.30/WK
Driver and Family $107.48
Equipment: Freightliners, Internationals and Peterbilts with a mix of manual and automatics – WILL accept auto restriction
Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of verifiable Class A OTR/Regional experience in the last 3 years (if a driver has a perfect driving record and limited jobs will look at them with between 6-12 months). Must have driven within the last 90 days as well
No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months. May not have careless or following too closely in the last 3 years
No more than 3 incidents/accidents in the last three years with no preventable rollovers in the last three years with no preventable rear end accidents in the last three years. All other DOT Preventable accidents will be reviewed by safety
Can never have refused or failed a DOT drug test. Can have one DUI in a lifetime in a personal vehicle and must be over 3 years. Only in personal vehicle
Ideally want drivers that have no more than 6 jobs in the last three years but this is not hard and fast rule.
This is a great position for drivers that are looking for good mix of pay and home time.
