Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the produce department including ordering, stocking, and merchandising
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Utilize cash registers and POS systems for transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized department
