Senior Librarian (EPA - Cincinnati)

Status: Full-time
BlackFish Federal is seeking a senior level Librarian in support of our customer, the Environmental Protection Agency Information Management Center Services V (EPA IMCS V). This position provides senior level professional expertise without day-to- day supervision in the professional dissemination of information and information resource management for the Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center (AWBERC) Library. AWBERC provides information services covering a wide range of environmental and related subjects of interest to EPA staff and the general public.
This position is in support of a Task Order (TO) on which we are bidding on the EPA IMCS V contract that we recently won. Any offers will be contingent on TO award.
Required Qualifications:
•Master's degree in Library/Information Science from an accredited university.
•Minimum of four (4) years professional work responsibility in a library.
•Familiarity with information technology as related to library services.
•Mastery of various software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, etc.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience in an EPA or EPA contractor role.
Essential Functions:

•Duties may also include collection development and maintenance; circulation management; inter-library loan; cataloging, acquisition support, and other information services.
•Prepare reports and outreach materials.
•Monitor developments related to library operations, evaluate their impact and make recommendations as necessary.
