This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Buddy V's Restaurant located in Las Vegas Nevada. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
Work with the award winning teams of Buddy Valastro the cake boss, and Elizabeth Blau and Associates in the Venetian / Palazzo Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip!
Qualifications
1-2 year
- experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Fine dining experience required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to manage a diverse team and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
