What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fireplace Sales (Gas, Ethanol, and Electric) position at BLAZE FIREPLACES OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA?
Qualifications:
- Willing to train; preferred experience in construction.
- Possess CA Driver’s License and sufficient driving record
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Ability to talk to contractors, builders and designers about product and installation procedures
- Productive work ethic, positive attitude, and professional presence always
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spanish is a plus)
- Ability and willingness to learn while on the job and thru reading product manuals
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Needs of Contractors are met; product questions and purchases.
- Project expectations are communicated to Techs and Installers
- We will rely on your expertise and proactive approach to safely and perfectly install gas and electric fireplaces
- Be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to manufacturer's quality and safety guidelines
- Be presentable, clean and neat at all times
- Apply basic arithmetic
- Able to use/learn Netsuite and Gsuite
Any other duties required of the position
*We are willing to train and send qualified persons to manufacturer training/certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
