Job Description
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you are a dynamic and experienced professional who will spearhead the transition of the digital strategy from agency reliance to in-house. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a substantial impact and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives.
You will cultivate growth across the organization, enhance the brand's online presence, facilitate customer acquisition, and utilize insights to optimize campaign performance. This position requires a seasoned digital marketing professional with a proven track record in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with business goals. Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including: PPC, social media, email marketing, PPC, and paid media. Actively participate in the hands-on implementation, ensuring a seamless connection between planning and tangible results.
- Strategy Transformation: Lead the strategic shift from agency-based to in-house digital marketing capabilities. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and reporting to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Utilize insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvements.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to improve ROI. Monitor spending and provide regular budget reports to senior stakeholders.
- Business Growth: Strengthen revenue through effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
- Data and Optimization: Utilize insights to refine and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the results of digital initiatives.
- Technology and Software: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Evaluate and recommend new software and platforms to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience as a digital marketing professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, resources, and best practices.
- Demonstrated results in developing, implementing, and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
Additional Information
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
The starting pay range for this role is $150k - $200k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
