Blizzard Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic ServiceNow Administrator to join our Corporate Applications group in Irvine, CA. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the business in the daily operations of the platform and providing further value by implementing new features, such as those pertaining to service catalogs, workflows, and knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform
- Create, monitor, modify, and publish catalog items and workflows with approvals
- Provide ServiceNow configuration and customization assistance including, but not limited to: data imports, custom scripting and third party software integrations
- Participate in the installation and testing of updates and new releases
- Maintain, author, and customize knowledge articles and knowledge bases
- Maintain business services and configuration items in ServiceNow
- Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) and monitor SLA workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of ServiceNow System Administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
- Familiarity with JavaScript
- Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience with IT Service Management, Service Desk, and Change Management processes.
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies

- ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certificated Application Developer
- ServiceNow courses: System Administration Advanced, Automated Test Framework (ATF) Fundamentals
- Certification with ITIL Frameworks
- Experience working with Product Design groups
- Video game industry experience
- Passion for Blizzard games
