Intake Coordinator

Bloom Counseling Wellness Studio is counseling & psychiatric private practice specializing in perinatal mood disorders. We are hiring an Intake Coordinator/Office Coordinator to support our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and our Clinical Director/Founder. This person will function under the direction of the PMHNP and the practice founder who is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

The intake coordinator is the first contact our potential clients have with our practice. Our ideal candidate is an empathetic, professional and friendly individual who has a passion for mental health.

Responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client calls/emails/texts & assessing which provider is the best fit based on client's needs
• Scheduling clients & sending paperwork
• Instructing patients about medication, treatment plan and other instructions
• Transmitting prescription refills as directed/problem solve with pharmacy when issues arise.
• Creating invoices and billing insurance.
• Our ideal candidate will demonstrate competency and skills to serve counseling/psychiatric clients. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, friendly and professional. Experience with IntakeQ and Spruce a plus.

This is a part-time, hybrid in-office/remote position that will require 15-23 hours per week.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
