Bloom Medicinals is currently licensed to grow, manufacture and/or dispense medical marijuana products in five states. We are expanding rapidly as we continue to earn new state licenses and gain recognition as a trusted resource in this growing industry.
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring the secure delivery of medical cannabis to wholesale customers - while providing positive and friendly service. The Delivery Driver will make departure and return trips throughout the state of Missouri.
Essential Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, secure, and professional delivery service
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working order
- Regularly perform basic vehicle checks and top off fluids as needed
- Maintain delivery vehicle’s security equipment
- Coordinate deliveries with the Order Fulfillment team
- Upload documentation of delivery, maintenance, and compliance forms into electronic databases
- Efficiently plan routes using computers and mobile electronic devices
- Follow Bloom Medicinal’s operating and security procedures
- Ensure cannabis chain of custody is abided by per state regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid MO Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check
- Must be able to receive a MO Cannabis Employee License
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Security
- Must be able to obtain a MO Class E license (Company reimbursed)
- Knowledge of Cannabis and the Cannabis industry preferred
- Must be computer literate, resourceful, action-oriented, reliable, and a team player with a can-do mentality
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and regulators
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements associated with working in a production environment
- Completion of state cannabis tracking (METRC) processing center training
- Excellent time-management, analytical skills, and multi-tasking skills
