What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Production Lead position at Bloom Network?

Bloom Network is one of the fastest-growing cannabis companies in California, representing Full Spectrum Republic, Trilogy 710, and several other well-respected brands. Bloom Network is seeking a highly motivated self-starter as an Production Lead to work Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 11 PM. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and working hands-on in high volume warehouse operations, with a record of deploying creative solutions to improve safety, quality, and accuracy. This role will require you to wear many hats including but not limited to inventory management, facility operations, spreadsheet data entry, reporting, process, and SOP development. Background check required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Facility & Production manager(s) in inventory control, intake & fulfillment, POS operations, storage and material handling, quality control, disposal, packaging, and daily checklists.
  • Communication with manufacturing, distributing, compliance, and accounting departments to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant record keeping.
  • Assisting management in the production processes.
  • Maintain record keeping in Batch Production Records and supporting documents for all production processes.
  • Support all production needs of facility assistants.
  • Assist with developing and offer input for new strategies to streamline processes and reduce production costs.
  • Ensure that quality, quantity, client satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
  • Report or identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to review and execute production on a project basis with attention to detail in specific client needs, staffing requirements, timeline for testing, timeline for delivery, quality control and budgetary scopes and limitations. Escalate to the board when necessary.
  • Assist leadership in the development and implementation of operations as they relate to production processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Works closely with operations and management to maintain production process controls, production inventory and quality control standards, and ensure we have everything needed to complete the project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
