Our manufacturing company, Bluco, is seeking to hire a Technical Account Manager, that will be an invaluable contributor to the success of daily operations. What you’ll be doing when you join our company
Interacting with our Customers
- Own and direct the management and fulfillment of customer orders
- Front line service for our customers; responding to quote requests, inventory availability, warranty/service claims and the status of shipments
- Assist customers by answering technical questions, providing product information and sales support
- Monitor the customer orders daily to manage the progression and prioritization
- Anticipate delays with an awareness of inventory in stock and expected restocking dates; you will be the liaison between sales and our customers communicating all status updates
Working with our various software programs
- Master Sage 100 ERP system for sales order, inventory management , customer maintenance
- Work with Monday.com to maintain orders on a customized shipping board
- Organize and create a timeline to ensure tasks are completed within the deadlines of each order
- Document the necessary tasks related to completing the various steps of the sales fulfillment process
Working with our Sales and Warehouse teams
- Facilitate each order, collaborating with the Sales team and supporting their efforts, to ensure customer expectations are met
- Manage inventory availability for new orders and work closely with the Warehouse team to schedule and track each shipment
- Adapt and problem solve with the Sales and Warehouse teams providing support and coordination
What we need from you to apply
- 8 yrs experience working in a technical sales support or technical customer service role, specifically for a manufacturer of industrial equipment
- Operations, Engineering or Manufacturing degree OR a proven strong technical background, with relevant product support experience
- Comfortable interacting with our customers and be able to respond to their questions about our services
- Ability to multi-task with a strong focus on customer service. You should be able to easily recall numerous “guidelines” and respond promptly to both your team and customers
- Must have experience working in an ERP system and using Microsoft (or equivalent) productivity software tools
Salary : $90 - $110
