Blue Acre Investments is seeking Acquisition Managers who are passionate about joining the REI industry.
Blue Acre is a Real Estate Investment firm and Investor Marketplace focusing, primarily, on the single-family and multi-family residential space. We have an entrepreneurial culture and we're looking for motivated individuals who are excited to work in that kind of environment.
We are very fast-paced. We have big goals and high expectations.
Similar to a real estate agent, this position will start as 100% commission-based.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
- We will provide you with education in all things real estate investing. Within 12 months of working with us, you will be an expert in investing in your local market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Execute a warm and cold calling strategy to target sellers within an assigned territory
- Search for off-market deals
- Network with other investors, sellers, and brokers
- Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts
- Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals
- Maintain CRM
Skills that you need:
- Ability and willingness to learn how to analyze real estate deals
- Negotiating Skills
- Familiarity with Google Drive
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
