The Blue Badger Grill is looking to hire an Asst. Division Leader to oversee the business operations. We need a responsible person on our team that’s passionate about cooking and managing a small team that can serve an excellent eating experience. The manager must be professional, energetic and driven.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for following all company procedures while opening or closing the restaurant and supervising assigned shift.
- Monitor and maintain accurate restaurant inventory and supplies levels. Place and receive correct orders of food and supplies within restaurant.
- Keep transaction counter, restaurant clean, well-stocked, organized and safe.
- Accountable for balancing, logging and reporting deposits, invoices and coupons.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring and reviewing employees following established company guidelines. Observes employee performance and corrects and disciplines, as needed. Performs necessary verbal and written warnings.
Must be capable of supervising two to ten employees in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers. Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have efficient multi-tasking and time management skills.
